How to Measure

Visit LOHR or a Trusted Jeweller

The most accurate way to determine your size is in person. A jeweller will gently measure your finger and allow you to try a few sizes so you can understand how a ring should properly sit — secure, but comfortable. Once confirmed, your size can be recorded with confidence.

Measure a Ring you Already Own

If you already own a ring that fits comfortably, you can use it to determine your size from home. Place the ring on a flat surface and measure the inside diameter from edge to edge at the widest point of the band using callipers. If you don’t have callipers, a flat ruler can work — just measure carefully in millimetres for the closest result. You can then match this measurement to the sizing chart on our website to find the corresponding ring size. For accuracy, we recommend confirming using the Australian sizing scale.
What If The Size Isn't Quite Right?

It happens, and it’s easily resolved. We include one complimentary resize with the purchase of your ring. If you’re unsure, we usually suggest beginning with our standard size L — it’s a comfortable starting point and often the closest fit.

LOHR Payment Policy

At LOHR, each piece is crafted with intention and made to order. Our payment structure reflects the level of care, sourcing and craftsmanship involved.

Deposit & Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to commence production of your piece. The remaining balance is payable prior to dispatch or collection.

Made-to-Order & Commitment

Once a deposit is received, your piece enters production. As each item is made to order, the deposit confirms your commitment to proceed and allows us to begin sourcing diamonds and materials specific to your piece.

Cancellations & Consignment

If a cancellation is requested after a deposit has been paid, the deposit is non-refundable where diamonds have been sourced and/or production has commenced. This reflects costs already incurred in sourcing materials and initiating production.

In certain circumstances, LOHR may, at its discretion, offer to hold the piece and facilitate its sale, either on consignment or by purchasing it into stock. As each piece is unique, no fixed timeframe can be guaranteed, and it may take time to find the right buyer. Any refund of the original deposit will only be processed once the piece has been successfully sold or acquired by LOHR. Each arrangement will be considered and agreed on a case by case basis, taking into account current stock holdings.

Final Payment

The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to shipment or collection. LOHR reserves the right to withhold delivery until full payment is received.

The Cler, a refined half eternity band featuring nine 0.20ct oval cut lab-grown diamonds in a share claw setting.

Each LOHR piece is crafted using lab-grown diamonds of exceptional quality, with a minimum colour grade of E and clarity of VS1 unless otherwise specified.

Our gemologists meticulously select every diamond in accordance with LOHR's strict grading standards, ensuring exceptional beauty, balance and brilliance.

The eternity band photographed features nine individual 0.20ct oval diamonds set halfway around the band with a total diamond weight of 1.8ct.

This design features a share claw setting. The band tapers down from where it meets the diamond settings to approximately 2.0 mm at the back of the band.

Our pricing reflects the current market value of precious metals and may be subject to change over time. Platinum is currently priced higher than 18ct gold, however this may vary depending on market movements. Once your order is confirmed, your price is secured.
