LOHR Payment Policy

At LOHR, each piece is crafted with intention and made to order. Our payment structure reflects the level of care, sourcing and craftsmanship involved.

Deposit & Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to commence production of your piece. The remaining balance is payable prior to dispatch or collection.

Made-to-Order & Commitment

Once a deposit is received, your piece enters production. As each item is made to order, the deposit confirms your commitment to proceed and allows us to begin sourcing diamonds and materials specific to your piece.

Cancellations & Consignment

If a cancellation is requested after a deposit has been paid, the deposit is non-refundable where diamonds have been sourced and/or production has commenced. This reflects costs already incurred in sourcing materials and initiating production.

In certain circumstances, LOHR may, at its discretion, offer to hold the piece and facilitate its sale, either on consignment or by purchasing it into stock. As each piece is unique, no fixed timeframe can be guaranteed, and it may take time to find the right buyer. Any refund of the original deposit will only be processed once the piece has been successfully sold or acquired by LOHR. Each arrangement will be considered and agreed on a case by case basis, taking into account current stock holdings.

Final Payment

The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to shipment or collection. LOHR reserves the right to withhold delivery until full payment is received.
