LOHR Gift Card Terms & Conditions

LOHR Jewellery digital and physical gift cards are issued subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Validity

LOHR Gift Cards are valid for five (5) years from the date of purchase.

2. Redemption

Gift cards can be redeemed towards products available on the LOHR Jewellery website or at our Brisbane showroom, including engagement rings, fine jewellery and bespoke designs.

3. Non-refundable

Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

4. Remaining balance

If the purchase total is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance will be available for future purchases using the same gift card code, until the card expires.

5. Additional payment

If the purchase total exceeds the available gift card balance, the difference must be paid using another accepted payment method.

6. Returns

Where an item purchased using a gift card is eligible for return, any refund will be issued as store credit or to a gift card, except where otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law. Our standard Returns & Refunds Policy applies.

7. Digital delivery

Digital gift cards are delivered via email once payment has been successfully processed.

8. Recipient details

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring the recipient’s email address is correct. LOHR Jewellery is not responsible for gift cards delivered to an incorrect email address supplied at checkout.

9. Lost or stolen cards

LOHR Jewellery is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen or used without authorisation, except where required by law.

10. Fraudulent activity

LOHR Jewellery reserves the right to suspend or cancel gift cards reasonably suspected of fraudulent activity, subject to applicable consumer laws.

11. Shipping and additional charges

Any applicable shipping fees or additional charges associated with purchases made using a gift card remain payable.

12. Made-to-order and bespoke jewellery

Purchases made using gift cards are subject to LOHR Jewellery’s standard production lead times, order terms and applicable returns policies.

13. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
